Well i finally put 30k more miles on my civic and it started to idle down a little too far so i checked the cap and rotor they had a bit of carbon build up nothing that couldnt be scratched off though.. so i replaced the spark plugs they where lookin pretty toasted from age but they were bosch platinum +2's. I replaced em with NGK v power cuz their name sounds cooler it runs way better the only problem is when it first starts up when its cold, it revs up like normal but pops a ton like its runnin hella rich any ideas why?

 

did you measure the spark plug distance? they have to be right
