Default 16 psi?

I am about to order a turbo system...........and i was wondering what i needed to houst 16 psi? Please tell me what parts I need.........and is it a fairly easy installation?

Don't want to sound like a jerk, but based on how you phrased that question it sounds like you have a lot of research to do. Do some searches in the prelude & boost forum.

Also let us know what you're boosting (H22, H23, F22?). Is the block built, if it isn't it's not going to take 16 psi. It really sounds like your fairly novice when it comes to boost & I would suggest finding someone or a shop that knows what they're doing to hook it up for you. To boost 16 psi you definitely need engine management, no FMU crap.

atleast, built bottom end and the best tuning program your tuner can do (neptune, hondata s300, AEM ems, haltech).

i dont have many shops around...........i live in northern ohio? how much money would this cost?

I have your answer. Save up $10,000 and buy Lildrgn's motor and turbo setup from his Prelude. Then you can run 16psi, or whatever else you like.

Other than that, I'd have to say you don't appear know enough about Prelude's to even begin a motor build that would handle that type of power.
