i'm sure it won't damage anything, but i'd recommend switching to something heavier

unless its below freezing all the time where you live

I tried Valvoline Maxlife Full Synthetic 10-30, Q Full Synthetic 10-30, Mobil 1 Synthetic 5w-30, and Mobil 1 Synthetic 10w-30. I have to say Q 10w-30 made my car run the smoothest.

I've seen your other replies to other post and you say the same thing to everyone else. Why can't you just not reply and let people ask questions about stuff. This is a FORUM.

P.S. Not try to be an a** myself or put anyone down. Don't take this reply wrong JG Luder.

I will repeat, you need to learn how to use the search feature, he is right...

This topic has been covered many many times, and this thread is completely, yes completely unnecessary.....

this FORUM is supposed to be full of good information, and less clutter, this thread is adding to the clutter, the info is already there....

correct

i just installed an euro-r motor in my buddies 97 prelude and i put in castrol syntec 0w-30.

5w-40 or 15w-40 would be a good choice for your turbo set-up.

correct... but 10W30 is a little too heavy for h22 for the winter...

I go 5w30 for the summer
10w30 for the winter
