Driver side power windows went out power locks

Driver side power windows went out power locks
Everything was working fine until one morning, the master switch on the driver side stopped working. I can open the windows on the driver side (front and back) but the passenger side will not work. ALso the power locks do not work at all for both sides. Any ideas? btw its a 1998 honda accord lx

Turn the ignition switch off, turn the intermittent wiper switch to the middle possition then turn the ignition on. Does that fix it?

That's how you wake up the multiplex control system, sometimes it gets stuck in sleep mode.
