if the title is salvage or whatever, thats a decent price, you could prolly bring him down lower cause not much people will buy a car with a salvage title.. at least not me

SO assuming the car is worth 17K with a clean title he only dropped the price 23%? I usually ask for a drop of 33%-50% for a salvage title
