93 CX quits running under half a tank.

B16a2. fuel pump and fuel filter have been changed twice each. Still quits or stubles under half a tank. No fuel pressure gauge at this time but will probably be next.
Need some direction.

make sure the line coming off the fuel pump isn't cracked. the one inside the tank about 3" long.
