Is 700-800 rpm when warm and 1200 rpm with lights on normal idle ranges for a B18C ? Also when I'm slowing down (car out of gear) it idles at about 1500 and doesn't come down to 1200 until I stop. I don't think this is normal ?

So for dumb questions.

 

I would think an Idle at less then 1000 rpm is where its suppose to be at when warm and slowing down, not really too sure on that though

 

Sounds fairly normal to me. Thats just about how my ITR idles.
