just got a quick question about the ASR DC subframe brace.

for those who have it, did you have to drill any new holes or having to remove any welded on bolts like the beaks kit? i know the beaks kit, the holes do not line up and you have to drill a new hole or make one bigger.

i have the beaks kit right now and im about to install it, but then i thought about getting the ASR kit which looks a lot nicer and if there isnt any modification needed, i might just sell the beaks kit and get the ASR.

can anyone help me on this?

Seems to be lots of good info in it. Do a search on "asr" and 3 good sources come up. It appears that no drilling is necessary.

I have the ASR brace and I had to use a drill to make some holes bigger. For me I'm never going to put back the original sway bar so I don't mind.

 

do you know if they are the same holes you had to make bigger the same holes for the beaks kit?

i want to install my beaks kit now and buy and intall the ASR later when i get some money. but i dont want to be dirlling too many different holes if they are different yenno?

 

It'll use the same holes you had for the Beaks Kit
