okay this is hard to explain so stick with me. This is on my moms 95 civic ex 5 spd. heres the prob. Whenever your driving it, when you go to shift into 2nd or 3rd, no matter how easy you try to let that gear engage it gets way jumpy or jerks and especially when shifting to 2nd the rpms go up. At first I thought the clutch was starting to slip it has 151,xxx miles on it. But i took it to this hill and threw it in fourth and it didnt really slip. So then i thought it could be the slave cylinder bcz It has been leaking clutch fluid for quiet some time, but im not sure from where, should i start by re-bleeding my clutch? any comments would be nice

I don't think you can re-bleed a clutch... I think you just mean bleed?

check ur tranny fluid at the same time....usually when ur low, 2nd to third will be a bitch....thats what i was told

 

if there's a leak, replace the part that's leaking... if that doesn't fix it, it's probably a pressure plate problem or something else that requires the removal of the tranny
