They're the same to me. I'd go with the cheaper ones.

Tein made in japland, neuspeed made in germany. Pick a country you like lol. I have neuspeed coilovers I must say they are real nice, but Tein is the best when it comes to suspension. Plus green is the best looking

i had neuspeed race springs before. drop for mine wasn't even. 2 1/2 finger gap in front and about 2 finger in rear. not very noticeable, but if you're the type it will bother you. i went through 3 sets of drop springs before i got coilovers. i wasn't happy with the height and kept cuttin' em. also ALOT of the drop springs i seen the height is not even. just go with a good set of coilovers, imo.

Neither get eibach or H&R

Shocks are more important IMO than the brand of springs

Both are good. If I had to pick I would get Tein.

But I have to agree with low430 about the shocks. If you don't alredy have shocks then get some.

i have nuespeeds and it's dumped in the front but after i gutted it i now have a 3 finger wheel gap in the back. i'm running them on oem shocks and i'm not happy with the ride at all. it feels stiff driving around but as soon as you do something to really feel the drop it feels soft. for a 2 inch drop i'm not happy with the firmness. i'd go with tein. actually i'd go with eibach because the ride quality is the best but for a track...bleh. anyways, happy hunting.

Tein's dont drop the car evenly, so it looks raked.. I had'em for like two months to hold me over till I got my coilovers... H&R would be a better choice or Eibach sportlines. (with koni yellow's is what comptech youst to sell as its adjustable suspension for integras.)
