Ported B16 Intake Manifold (bought this from a HT member a while back)







I was told that the b16 manifold would bolt up to the ls non vtec head but it doesnt seem to line up, do i have to make any modifications?

How good is the portwork on the head? its supposed to be a race port?Also how good is the portwork on the intake manifold?

One of the studs on the front of the cylinder head snapped off, its where the header lines up, can it be replaced or am i screwed?

the manifold will not fit the head bolt pattern unless you cut/weld the man.

the head looks like a home made ''porting'' ; the bowls are stock, it looks like he took off material from the floor of the port on the ex. side., but pictures could be misleading.
does the center divider on the intake ports look off center?

 

yes one of them does slightly but i was told that it was a jg race port, is it a decent port and polish?

I belive thats Jerry Built.... Ive seen JGs and never seen his square

 

mmm, lol no i dont think its JG...i think its home made.
i dont think JG would expletive a head up so badly...

And if it would be JG it would have it stamped

think u got ripped off... hopefully u didn't pay to much for it.

 

so if there is not a stamp its not jg built? where is the stamp located?

 

took it to a machine shop and they cleaned up the port job for me, now its nice and clean!
