Ok when i got into vtec fast I hear like a little sputter then it stops. When I go into vtec slow I don't hear this. I was wondering if maybe the solenoid filter was clogged or something. I'm not sure what the noise is and I dnt have any check engine lights.

you may need to clean the screen in your solenoid I have seen my car do weird things when my screen was dirty.

check your oil......if you are even the least little bit low on oil it'll sometimes make your V-tec studder
