Am my friend has a 1990 Integra LS with I/H/E.
Is it possible that he ran 15.8 on stock tires and suspension.
Yes or No?

I ran 15.8 with my 99 ls with i/e stock suspension and heavy *** rims. Was also my first time at the track. Why wouldn't you believe him, its not like he's claiming some incredible fast time. That's slow.
Yes, totally possible. I ran a 15.9 on my stock 97 Integra with just a short ram intake and an axleback exhaust. As a side, when it was an automatic, it ran a second slower at 16.8.
If he used slicks, he could probably cut that time down by almost another full second.

Yea but you guys are forgetting that the stock 1/4 mile on a 1991 is 16.8 seconds. So how can he get a second off with i/h/e and a 15 year old car with a rookie driver, i think thers no way he could have ran 15.8

I think its possible, but just because the car is old, doesn't mean its lost that much power, I believe your friend.
And what makes you think he is a rookie driver?

Are you sure? 16.8 sounds like the time for an automatic. The 5-speed variants should be making about a second faster times.

I did 15.4 in on my buddies 91 LS integra(140k miles) with I/H/E, act clutch,.........2.1 60ft....weather, driver, humidity, etc... all plays a role..........
