hey just got myself an ek hatch and the stock paint is pretty crappy. chipping in some spots with a little mark here and there. decided i want to camo my car i searched and saw some of those cars but no how to. Just wondering if anyone has some insight they can give me on how to get the spots to not look so...circly and not random looking. thinking flat black base then go from there. once again any help would be nice thanks in advance
black base sounds good, then tan then green, i guess just look up a actual camo vehicle like real military and kinda get the feel for the shapes etc... maybe use chalk on the car and do the pattern?

i dont understand why yooou are doing a DIY camo job, maybe a diy regular paintjob but crap, how much more low budget can you go. id rather rock a crappy honda with faded oem paint than camo crap it up. honestly, when i seee diy flat black jobs, and diy camo jobs on the road, i just want to smack the drivers. What do you expect people to think? sheesh.
But im saying if you want to act a foo, go right ahead.

Yo there was this EK hatch a few years back that was in import tuner or something, and it had a legit camo job. He was rocking jacknifes at the time, and I think it was B20/vtec. Anyone know that car?
