what would cause this to happen twice?

Default what would cause this to happen twice?

this is the second time my ball joint came lose from the upper control arm. any idea why this is happening and any ideas on how to prevent it from happening again?

Looks like the press fit does not have enough interference or tension to stay in position. Is there not some retailing circip or something on the bottom side? Without something on the bottom, it looks like these parts are done for. I have not done removable ball joints before but have wondered about them.

You're right, there's a clip in there. I had to take it out before pressing out the bushing and pressing in my camber kit. Press fit sucks. The camber kit keeps coming out. I'll get it welded when I get time.
