yeah I have gotten 2 motors from hmotors both were mint and were so so clean. Perfect compression nothing broken just how it should be. It might be alittle more but it really isn't since you probably will need to replace some **** anyway on the one you got for a cheaper price.

I got my B16 from there last year when they were still in Hoboken. My dizzy was shot, clutch slipped after a month, and my compression sucked (190, 180, 160, 185 something like that I forgot the exact #s).

I bought my gsr swap from them last year when they were still in hoboken, no complaints from me, started right up, no CELs, and compression was 250 across. If your looking for 100% proven places stick with Import auto salvage or H motors online, but as I said my personal experience there was good.

no complaints from me.. they are real fair with their pricing and since most people pick up they are negotiable.. like 2 grand for an obd1 b16 equipted with an lsd trans.. couldnt beat that unless i checked on the street.. so far it was no problem besides a faulty linkage.. but i planned on getting a dual bend anyways.. will do buisness again

Hmotors for the win. Got a SIR-G from them. Been killing B16s ever since.

Time and time again, this is one of the few companys on Honda-Tech that has kept a clean name.

Yea, this place isn't very trustworthy. They pretty much just write "200 psi", "270 psi", etc. on their engines as if that's the measured compression. I got a JDM B18B from them for $700 that had "200 psi" on it and was "low Mileage" "under 55k" yadda yadda. TBH, it wasn't a bad engine and a good price at $700 but it definitely wasn't under 55k miles and the measured compression when hot after I installed the motor was 180 psi across the board. Again, not bad but not what was advertised. Going there to pick up the engine, you could tell it was pretty shady and I would definitely stay away. I'm sure they've ripped off their fair share of customers.
