EK ITR HELP

i swapped an ITR into my ek and never changed any stock parts. i added a i/h/e and afc. i was wondering what type of stuff i need to give a basic tune up and be running properly because it feels like it's draggin *** now. please help

oil change, spark plugs, tranny fluid, coolant, fuel filter, plug wires, clutch fluid etc.
