All D16 piston rings created equal?

Are the rings for the z6 the same size as the a6 rings? cause worldpac has d16a6 piston rings, but no d16z6 or d16y8. Also the d16a6 that worldpac has is the same part number as a civic lx which is a 1.5l which i know would work on a 1.6l.
btw the d16a6 is from a 91 civic si, the d16z6 is out of a 94 civic si. i know d16z6 and d16y8 are the same.
