Well, if you have a B16, then you just pull the main 15amp ECU fuse for a few minutes. You can also disconnect your negative battery terminal for a few minutes.
This will only "reset" your ECU. Personally, I have never found a reason to do this. If you want to "clear your codes", you will need some sort of OBD tool/scanner. Some emissions related codes will remain until they are cleared.
