Who is the HT member (FEMALE) w/ the clean ass white DC2?
Ey guys. I know the admin will probably not like this post, but i was looking through the appearance cosmetic forum for a long *** time and couldn't find the picture i was looking for.
There was a picture of a girl that had the oem lip kid for her dc2, i think it was white. anyone know her or have pictures of her car?

Perhaps you're talking about GsrGrrl's? I think she was a moderator at one point?
All her car pics are available in her Garage.
EDIT: Here, I'm lazy.

heh heh. thanks man, a lot. but i dont think that is the one. the one i was looking at had the amber foglight things. yeah that is clean though. I do have a question about that kit. See how there is a black line that is real defined where the lip kit and the body meet? Why is it like that. The thing I like about the oem kit on a white car is that it usually has that real defined line, but some white ones i've seen don't have it.

That's the weather stripping. It's a small strip of rubber that seals the kit to the body. Some non-OEM facsimilies do not have that. In fact, some people don't even like it on the OEM ones, so they remove it.
EDIT: You can see it on my OEM sides as well.

It is only on the rear portion of the OEM sides, and the entire top of the rear OEM valence.

it really doesnt look OEM if the stripping is gone. I bought mine and had to get it painted and they took mine off and never put it back on. so i went and search for a few months and i found the Scion xb had them on their sideskirts, so i just ordered a **** load and they look OEM.
there are a lot of pics in the a/c forum of the OEM optional kit.
