Your post only adds to the confusion.
96-97 JDM DC2 ITR = 4x114.3mm
98-01 JDM DC2 ITR = 5x114.3mm
All USDM and Euro ITR's are 5x114.3mm.

The diameter of the bolt circle is 114.3 mm. And if you're wondering why such an odd number is used, it's exactly 4.5 inches.

Show him this picture and ask him to count the lugs. Does he know how to count to five?

Stop talking. There was also an ITR made in 1996. It had four lugs.

How about instead I show you this picture, and you can count to four for me.

1991 Accord - 4 x 114.3mm
1996 ITR - 4 x 114.3mm
Why so many stupid posts when the answer is so simple? Your friend is right. ITR wheels will fit on his Accord, but only the 1996 version of the wheel. And as far as I know, there was never a replica made of the 97-01 wheel.

Maybe you should take your own advice? If you read what he wrote, you would see that he was referring to US only.

I don't seem to remember the teachers discussed in one of my classes while i attended in school. Obviously there is something wrong with the system in your brain.

I understand what he was saying, but all he was doing was giving goowakjai bad information. Goowakjai was asking "were all ITRs 5 lugs?" The Tech-1 responded with "97-01 USA ITR 5 LUG, no exceptions.", which is pretty common knowledge around here, and doesn't answer Goowakjai's question. Put your damn hammer back in your toolbox where it belongs.

Obviously it's not, otherwise this topic wouldn't exist. The original poster doesn't know the difference between the JDM and USDM, Tech-1 added the information he was sure of.
Anyways, Reid already laid it out as plainly as possible.
