Is d17 flywheel 212mm?....d16/d17 have diff. tranny splines?
Hey guys, I am going to do an exedy stage 1 clutch on my bros 2002 civic si-g.
I need to know if the d17 flywheel is 212mm, if not exedy stated I need to use the 212 d16 flywheel in order to use the clutch kit.
Also, does the d17 tranny have different splines than the d16 tranny? I may also be able to get a d16 exedy clutch w/ d16 flywheel and use that instead, for cheaper
.
thanks.

Thanks for your replies djmota. Got the clutch done yesterday, took a long long time, that d17 tranny is a bitch. Ended up having to remove both axels to slide it in.
For reference clutch part # 08801A.

I know this old but just in case someone finds it from searching(like I did). The D17 flywheel is not the same as the D16, yes they both are 212 and have the same teeth count but the D17 is 22lbs vs the D16 19lbs. You can swap them thou.
