first off ive searched but all ive found was how to ref a jdm itr in a dc2

ok , i have 95 cx hatch with a 98 jdm itr motor and need to know if its possiable to get it BAR certified,

what would i need ?

The process of Refing is the same regardless of car!

The problem you will be faced with is that you are going to have to convert to OBD2 and have ALL USDM smog related parts for the 98 engine.

so your probably going to the fresno ref huh?
if so you're going to have to pass it as an obd2
or you could go a little further to visailia where you could possiblt pass it obd1 but that's a gamble.
just make sure the wiring is clean, no butt connectors and use the right charcoal canister
