Default throttle sticks

I have a 1999 Oddysey with @ 70K on it. The throttle is sticky from idle to @ 10% position. It always returns to idle correctly, but under easy acceleration from a dead stop or very low throttle settings in town, it causes the van to lurch into sudden, unmeasured acceleration. It requires excessive amounts of pressure to make the throttle move initially - and when it does move you get a lot more acceleration than you wanted. My dad owned it before he died and in the stack of papers I got with it I note that he complained of this problem at the 30k, 45k, and 60k dealer done maintenance (under warrantee). In each case the techs wrote in that they could not duplicate the problem. It is obvious that there is a problem that is getting worse. It is out of warrantee noe, so the fix is on me. What's the scoop?

maybe try spraying some carb cleaner into the throttle body, maybe there is somebuild up in the throttle body causing the throttle flap to stick, also check the throttlecable adjustment, make sure that is not sticking...
