Default traction problems and need advice

I swapped out stock suspension a while back in my 95 teg and threw in Ground control coilovers. After that i could never get traction. I thought it was my shocks so i replaced stock ones with new kyb agx ones. Traction problem stayed the same. I cant even launch at 2000 rpm. tires just spin, no squeeling at all and no tire marks are left on the pavement. Engine is stock b20vtec not making much power.

I looked at the numbers on the springs today and they read

front 200.64.58 which have a spring rate of 330

Rear 180.64.44 which have a spring rate of 280

Does the spring rates sound to low? To me they seem backwards.

that seems like the default spring rates for off-the-shelf GCs...

How low are you?

yes i got an alignment. Tires are just about brand new also.

I called ground control and they said that those coilovers were for a civic. Would that spring rate make that much of a difference?

no, that spring rate is still stiffer than the stock GSR rates... are your motor mounts in decent shape? bushings?

well i just got back from attempting to get another alignment, this is what they suggested that needed to be done before getting an alignment

2 lower control arm bushings
1 outer tie rod end left side
1 inner tied rod end right side
2 rack and pinion belows (dont know what this means exactly)
They also said that the drivers axle has alot of play at carrier bridge

So i guess im going to start off by replacing that axle and maybe get the energy suspension hyperflex master bushing set

Thanks for all the input guys
