Default DA starting problem-need Advice ASAP

well for the past week my 91 DA had a hard time starting in the morning. It would crank, crank, crank and then finally start. But only in the morning it would run completely like crap, like the car was sputtering when accelerating. BUt when i would park at school and class was over the car would start and run completely normal. Friday the car started up but when driving completely died out. BUt after waiting a couple of minutes she started up again. Decided on Saturday i would take it to the shop to get it looked at. On the way to the shop i was driving and at a couple of lights the car stalled out but fired right back up again.
I was on the freeway and driving normal and all of sudden the rpms got stuck on 3k rpm and when i pushed on the gas pedal the car was not responding didn't want to move. SO i coasted the car and the car completely stalled out. Tried starting it but all it did was crank but not start over.

WHen i got to the shop (by tow truck) still not turning over so we decided that my new distributor was faulty and it finally took a dump. Had this dizzy for only a week or so. And we put in a semi-working dizzy and she started up. We checked all the possibilities of things to go bad.

-Checked if we jumped time and might of did but rechecked and fixed anyway
-Checked the timing belt and that was kinda loose, so we retightened it.
-Check for spark we got that cause the car started up with the old dizzy. We were getting spark with the new distributor but it was not starting up.
-Checked all grounds and retightened any that were loose and grinded some areas on the bay that weren't making good contacts with the grounds.
-couple of stuff were loose in the engine bay. ALternator bottom bolt was missing, so replace that.
-FITV was exposed to retightened that and put the plate back on
- Getting Fuel Pressure cause my gauge is working properly
-No foul plugs or wires
-Main relay was replaced with a new one

SO Sunday we did some finishing touches she started up just fine and even drove better with the new adj cam gears and new slim fans

But my homie and owner of the shop drove the car today and said she was running cool, idling fine and everything seemed to check out. But he told me this evening that the car is acting up again. Cranking but not turning over. But after letting her settling down she would start up again.

My question is: is there anything else i need to look into that would cause this problem. I am getting another brand spanking new distributor and i don't want to burn this one out. I am also not throwing any CEL codes. All fuses are still good

ARe there any important grounds to look for?
WOuld a faulty ecu cause this problem too?
bad fuel pump?

Running a N/A motor DA. Have a SAFC with tuning had this for almost 1 1/2 yrs when the car was running great and normal. Golden Eagle Cam gears +2 intake and -1 exhaust. I will post more info when i try to examine the problem

possible main relay i mwould replace everything in the distributor like the coil and ignitor try that first with the new distributor. or next tim it doesnt start smack the underpart of the dash then try starting it if it does its ur main relay . do this when the car only cranks and doesnt start if nothing check for spark. another way to ell if the main relay is working if you hear the fuel pump turn on.

it can't be the main relay cause we tried using a new one. And the other distributor was brand new but somehow shorted itself out. BUt now i am scared that the other distributor would do the same thing.

NOW the problem is when the car starts up it sputters and can't hold idle so it just dies out. the only possible way this is happening can be the fuel pump going out...right??? The car has fuel starvation basically is what i am trying to say.
The car will run perfectly fine but when we start running the car hard and shut it off the car will not start after that. Give it a few minutes and she will start up. Sometimes my Fuel Pressure Gauge reads zero sometimes when we try cranking it. But then the pressure goes up after some tries.

Checked the wiring and ecu to see if there are signs of bad wiring. But there isn't any noticeable signs of them having a break in them and being burned.

I hope to GOD it is not my engine harness be at fault (knock on wood).

Can the symptoms i am showing be a reason for fuel related issue?

other key issue today was the fact that the car started up. BUt started bogging, and my homie stepped on the gas full throttle and the engine was not responding or revving at all. Just sounded like not enough fuel was being dumped in to allow the car to run properly.

You say you have a fuel pressure gauge. You tell us if its fuel related. Do these symptoms always correspond to a dip in fuel pressure?

well sometimes the Gauge will read zero when we try to crank it. But then sometimes it will read 40. I would believe my symptoms will correspond to the fuel pressure acting up.

ANymore suggestions????? Need solutions fast please.

hope we fixed the problem.
Notice that the last 4 rings for the injectors were in my intake manifold. And those weren't DA rings either. The one on the far left is a DA ring. So we changed that

ANother comparison. LEFT is non-DA ring and RIGHT is a DA ring

This is the little filter that goes along with the fuel pump. That **** is suppose to be somewhat see through. BUt that is a 14 yr old filter your looking at.

Did you swap out the pump and filter? After seeing a filter like that it really makes you think that pump is almost dead.

Otherwise the problem your having really sounds like a dizzy
