Holes are too big to just bondo.

If you cant weld the holes yourself, and you want a cheap alternative to buying a used trunk lid or going to a body shop, here's what you can do.
Cut pieces of galvanized steel to the area of the holes in your trunk lid. Then set them in place on the inner side of the trunk lid, and JB weld them on. Use Duct tape to hold them in place when you move onto the next one. Once all the holes have been filled from the back, use bondo to completely fill the hole from the top side. then paint em,
BUT, I would seriously look for a trunk lid from a Teg that had no spoiler. It'll look cosmetically better when you open your trunk and way less work.

Bondo is for filling small grooves to that extent, not holes.
