I believe, but am certainly no expert here, that you can switch out the bracket that holds the mirror in the housing.
You might want to use the actual JDM mirrors instead of the USDM ones though, as I believe that they are blue tinted. If they aren't, I would assume the glass is the same then.

Because the JDM mirrors will be angled for the driver to be on the right side of the car, not the left. If you want the normal full range of adjustment, you'll need to use some USDM hardware.

NO, you cant. The Backing of the Mirror is not interchangeable. What I mean is: USDM mirror will not simply snap into the JDM unit. What you have to do is seperate the JDM Mirror and Black Plastic backing, do the same to the USDM mirror, and glue the USDM Mirror to the JDM Black Backing. Now, you can snap the mirror into the JDM Housing and have normal viewing out of your mirrors.

From: Good luck to this industry, you're gonna need it.
I just installed my JDM mirrors, and it's a bit weird now, I totally forgot to get the lenses changed out on my USDM ones, and now I somewhat regret it. It's DEF different and it takes some getting used to. Hindsight is always 20/20 though you know?
