The RTSi was sold in Japan as well. It didn't have a VTEC engine as mentioned in that link though; it was actually powered by a DOHC ZC.

It is an european one, so LHD. And it has a 1.5 vtec engine 
Normally honda treats Europe like ****, it is Asia and America where they make money, not here, but sometimes gave some interesting toys to this non-prioritary market. Why ? No idea... maybe just to show what they can do...
