91 Accord new owner, couple problems
Well my fiance just picked up a nice little 91 accord auto, and it's got a few issues.
Both motor mounts are shot, the front is being replaced, and the rear is iffy as it's kind of expensive (270ish for just the rear part)........is this an easy part to replace?
The general maintenance was just done..........flush the fluids, timing belt, water pump, etc.
My question is this: Is the rear mount a complete PITA to do yourself?

I would rather do the front myself and let someone do the rear. Its doable, but it is a PITA. I just put a new motor into a 90 accord yesterday and forgot to attach the rear mount before we dropped the new motor in. After trying everything to do it while the two side mounts were on, I decided to drop the DS mount and pull the motor foward and drop the rear in.
If you do DIY then just undo the DS mount, pull the motor forward, slip the mount in and be done with it.

for the price i have to assume it is an auto tranny,,whomever replaces the rear mount, make sure to chk for vaccum at the mount diaphram at idle , in gear, below 750 rpm.... And yes it is a bit of work to replace rear mount,

Not familiar with accord, let alone auto accords. Can you explain this. TIA
