Default What color wheel is this?

guys, what color is this rota wheel???
to me it looks black, but i see on other cars the same wheel but it looks extremely more black than this???
is it a black or a gunmetal and what type of black/gunmetal?

Those may be spoon's wheels. They appear to be a bit of a duller black rather then just black, almost looking like they're flat black or like a matte black. Rota makes the copies of them, slipstreams, and they have a ton of variations of them. To me, those look like spoons in the picture you displayed, but Im not sure....

lol i apologise if they are the genuine sw388's.. i cant tell the difference myself.

they arent royal gunmetal are they?

I doubt a guy with a real ITR with JDM front and Spoon calipers would be rolling on Rotas - those are sw388's... Rota made a limited run slipstream in that finish - I think it was called Sport Black.

cheers whatcivic.. anyone know a spoon link i can check out sw388's in english?

ill check out some sport black wheels if i can find them.. its just i like the above black.. but some wheels are just TOO black IMO..

btw, that is the hottest ITR ive ever seen :D

the 16' sw388 have a dfferent style lip than the 15' version if you look closely you will see the difference. and they area anodized a color that will be very difficult to match

luckily rota didnt pick up on this or didnt care to make the 16 in version of the slipstream accurate to the desmond version.

Yep real Spoon SW388's... You can tell because everything else on that car say's "Spoon".. Including those Caliper's.

They are real 16" SW388's people. I can verify this because I'm the one who took that picture

And for those of you who have never seen real SW388's, they are coloured flat black.

Eh, you never know man....could be an LS with JDM front, Spoon caliper covers and Rotas.....but it's not
