Default Piggy bach ECU's?

Ive also been lookig at some piggy back ECU's as a cheaper alternative. Is it a matte of you get what you pay for and go for a complete ECU or can these still show significant improvement?

Dastek Unichip is okay, do a search on them. I think you will be surprised by all of its features.

How much on average would a good chip cost + the cost of getting it installed?

I don't htink its cheap. Why not go with hondata?

http://www.pgmfi.org/twiki/bin...sSuck

p28 ($100) + Socketing service/basemap ($40-60) + OBD conversion harness for 5th gens ($75) + Tuning ($175)
= ~$400

New AFC (~250) + install ($45) + tuning ($125) = ~400, - 45 if you install it yourself.
