Ball joint vs. Anchor Bolts

For the SPC Camber kit
is it better to have the ball joint or the anchor bolts?
i have ball joints on my 91 integra and my control arm has been lifted really high
and im afraid of my controlarm coming into contact with my frame just above it
please help needed.

i have the same ball-joints, i hit on my car frequent, but not to hard...i havent go around to steppin up my shock towers yet. BTW im dropped 2.5 inchs.

making them higher(cutting and welding) so you have more clerance for the uca to move
