well, currently i own a 7th gen, 2003 Silver EM2 Ex. im looking for a 92-95 civic ex and boosting it right away. the thing is, im worried about mileage of a car. lets say the car has 120,00 miles. what are some steps in making the motor/tranny/suspension back up to the task of taking boost?

PS boosting will be done to the stock d16y8 motor, even though the gearing is really too tall for my tastes.

 

well you could just boost it with out building up any of it. just check the compression and do a leak down test and if all is good boost away. then you can work on the motor tranny and suspension that is if you wanna boost it before do anything else.
