timing belt on 88 honda civic
my timing chain broke on my 88 honda civic
ready to replace it but not sure how to position crank shaft. the craft shaft pulley has four marks on it (3 that are togethter and 1 to the right of it about an inch away) I have read that the one by its self is the TDC marker and the other three are the timing markers.
My question is, what line should the timing pointer be pointing at when the belt is put on?
I have the cam shaft positioned with the two lines equal to the top of the head and the word top at the top (of course). I just need to know which line the the pointer on the timing chain cover should be pointing to.
Thanks
Scott
