i know most of you will say research the damn topic, i did but i can't get a straight up answer. so here goes the question, can a 92accord dx(the one with 125hp stock) with a h22 swap and mods make it to low 13s and still be a daily driver? please someone answer once and for all, thank you in advance. that is all.
