I have a 91 DX with a jdm d16 vtec and SI trans. the clutch is like so stiff it feels like a race car clutch but its not. Also its like just soo slow..like pushing it in and then letting it off it just moves really slowly and stiffly..is this a cable prob? just a cheap clutch and PP? i dunno but i want a normal feeling clutch!!

I would check the cheaper stuff first. Since adjusting your clutch cable is free, try it. If you think the cable is no good, replace it. If that does not even help, then I would look into getting a different clutch/PP setup. A more stock-like clutch.
