Default denso or showa for JDM radiator support??

i'm buying a Koyo radiator. i will, someday, have a JDM front end. i know showa and denso have different core heights. my question:

do i need the shorter one to fit a JDM front end, or does it really matter???

I guess the next question would be: Per manufactuer, what are the height measurements of each radiator?

I thought the radiator supports were the same height JDM/USDM?

I actually had to put washers in the lower part of the mounting point of the JDM support to raise the Koyo radiator up for me.

update for anyone that runs a search and finds my post: i'm told that one radiator core is slightly shorter than the other, height-wise. if i remember correctly, the USDM GSR comes with a Showa core, which is taller than the Denso by about 1/2-1". i had the info in a IM, but it's gone now. just a heads up to anyone that is looking for the same info. there is a difference. find out which radiator comes in a GSR and know that one has a taller core than the other. that is all.

thanks for the help, guys!
