Default Done the searching and no luck...

I know that grinding going into 5th gear (manual trans.) is a common problem. I read on several threads on here that double clutching usually fixes it. Well, I've been doing that and it's still grinding. Several of my car-buff buddies have driven the car too and the same thing happens to them so I know it's not just my driving style. If theres any other remedy for this, please let me know.

you can try replacing your MTF with GM syncromesh, that sometimes solves the problem.

GM syncromesh is your best bet, but i double clutch and when its cold i just shift reeal slow into 5th.

You haven't searched well at all.

Because I remember posting the TSB and the corrective action on here a few months ago. I'll search for a second and post the link hold on one sec.
