if you have to ask i dont think you will be able to change them. best thing to tell you is to go grab a helms or haynes manual.

i have an idea..i just would like to be certain b4 i do it...But wat does this sound like to u....the car was smokin white smoke and overheating...when u drive it it would studder until about 3rpm...then one day it just blew out white smoke from the engine bay and exhaust. Took out the spark plugs they were covered in oil..and now the car won't start at all now.

white smoke = coolant
bluish = oil
black/grey = fuel

white smoke means its burning the coolant...check your coolant and if its milky looking it can be mixing with oil which would mean you have a blown head gasket...doesnt sound good at all...i dont think your valve seals have nothing to do with your problem...hope i helped

In order to change the valve seals you should pull off that head. So to change the head gasket would require the same amount of work. By that I mean changing the gasket. The HARDEST part is going to be to clean out the coolant passage ways from that gunk. Ive never had to do this, so I dont know whats the best way. Yes get a helms now, and you will be fine.
