Use B16 (p30) pistons. And you will have to use a chipped ECU. Get a P28 and get your car tuned.

you should find what compression ratio you want, and then pick your pistions...

not because some guy on h-t said so

that's the way, if you want lower compression check out JDM ITR pistons...that's what I used. Kept compression low enough that it's streetable without abnormal maintenance. Go with CTR pistons if you want high compression...TUNE TUNE TUNE good luck

if you are going to spend $300 for brand new oem pistons and rings you better off just sepending another $150 for some good forged pistons.

yo 608, what did you tune with, and how high's your compression...I should have gone CTR, but went JDM ITR instead...wondering how streetable your car is...

i tuned it with hondata s200, my compression is 13:1 or around there its pretty high, i actually had to put a thick cometic headgasket in to lower the compression but i mean its tuned to 93 octane its an everyday driver. its scoots ~ i take it to 9 .. everything balanced very reliable, it makes power to 9 grand.. so y not right =D

For piston wise, it all depends on how high of compression you want to go. If you want high compression, i always use CP pistons. They are very very reliable. they are still good with stock rods and stock LS crank. But must be (balanced, micropolished, and knifed) for a really good effect along with good HP and TQ gain. ECU i would recommend a p28 with Hondata s2000.
