Default 5pd tranny

US trannies 92-96 h22a and h23 should bolt right up to Jdm h22a right. In one search I saw one post state that one of the tranny mount holes had to be moded. As far as bolting right up to engine I know it should be direct right. Anyone have problems with either tranny and their mounts going into 4th accord. And is better to try get a jdm trannies because of miles or is it ideal to go with us tranny and rebuild if it has high mileage. I am thinking price would be a deciding factor.

i figure they should all be the same. hondas were all imported til 96 am i correct. my problem is that i watch ebay often to catch either a h22 or h23 tranny. all post don't state whether or not they are jdm or usdm so i have to ask. if they take to long to respond i may lose out on the auction. i just don't want to get lucky and finally win a tranny there and find out that it doesn't match up 100% without moding. as far as i know into the 4th gen accord chasis everything is cool. i just wanna have that clarified.
