You want a 26c256. Those are electronically erasible, and are what everyone uses. They have been recently discontinued by atmel, but you can still find them. You can find them cheaper some places, but http://www.moates.net always has them in stock.
There are also other flash chips that are usable, but for the easiest route just buy one or two of the 26cs.

many people now are using the sst 27sf512 instead of the 29c256's
the 27sf512 is erasable and takes my burner like 4 seconds to erase
scarponze
if you would like to know were i purchase them from pm me and ill give the link

there is not a 26c256 that i am aware of that works with a honda ecu... the chip exists, but electrically it is not the correct chip. the ones everyone uses that are electrically eraseable are the 29c256. the 28c256 are not the correct chip or circuitry, so dont buy those. the 27c256 will also work, but they are only UV eraseable, which is a pain unless you buy an eraser which is pointless because the 29c256 exists. the 27sf512's will work also, but youll have to write to one half of the chip or the other, or you could write to both sides and have a toggle to switch between maps. if this is your first time, i suggest you get 29c256 chips.. they are the easiest to start with.
