While i was driving home everytime i shifted into a different gear my radar detector and cd player would restart it self like i just turned on my car but im pretty sure its my battery since my tach dims down when i turn my headlights on but i was just wondering if anyone else had this problem but from a different cause?

 

that happened to me on my corolla, but when i stepped on teh brakes. my neg. battery cable was loose/corroded. clean that up or replace the clamp if you need to.

are you having trouble starting your car?
