Default cam timing off? pretty new dizzy and now i have cyp code, over rev in nuetral to 10k+. help!!!

i went to the track and had many issues. my car was fine before i ran it.

my throttle cable got snagged on my big *** skunk2 intake mani when i made a pass and was stuck at WOT in neutral and i quickly shut it off when my tach went up to 10k

it did this like 2 or 3 times.

went home and i had some codes after that. now i have a code 9 cylinder pos. sensor.

i reset my ecu and i still have it. it only comes on after like 10-15 mins of driving after a cold start. after its warmed up and the CEL is there, i turn off the car to clear it and turn it on and it comes back on like in seconds, sometimes it doesnt even turn off and back on its just on. (obd1).

i bought this dizzy a while back new from the dizzy king. has like 3k miles on it at most.

someone told me that since i revved that high my cam timing could have slipped.

would this throw a cyp light? car runs retarded and bogs when the light is on. when the light isnt on its fine.

ign. timing is still at 16 deg like it was b4.

help i dont know whats wrong. i dont have or know anyone with a spare dizzy to test to see if its just the dizzy.

well i pulled my cap and rotor off, no shavings of metal. checked voltage everything seems fine that goes to the cyp sensor.

i wonder is it going in and out.

if the cam timing is off just take off your valve cover and put the motor to TDC. If you see that it doesnt line up right then your problem is solved.
