b16 crank in gsr block???

the GSR rods are too narrow for B16 or LS crank. you can narrow an LS or B16 rod to fit a GSR crank pretty easily. also the GSR piston's pin bosses are too narrow for b16/LS rods, they need a little machining to float properly.

just wanted to throw a disclaimer in there,,, i wouldnt recommend narrowing the LS or B16 rod for an ITR/GSR because youd be machining a lot off and the LS rods especially arent nearly as beefy as the GSR big ends. i suspect stock rods are shot peened for a compressive state on the surfaces. you would have milled deep into that and have balance issues to contend with as well.
so in that situation $325 eagles are REALLY a bargain.
