Default Electrical problem...

Hey all. I just bought my 90 civic si hatch yesterday and am having an electrical problem. My front lights and blinkers work. My rear left blinker and brake light work fine. The entire right rear bank of lights is out. Also my reverse lights, my stereo, clock, and dome light do not work. Are all of these components connected somehow? Would the rear lights be on separate fuses? And if so what fuses would I look at? The ones on the ecu or the unes under tha dash. Thanks!

Start with the fuses under the dash first. Then start looking for loose connections. Don't be afraid of your car it won't bite back. Pretty soon you'll know your car inside and out.

yup, and if anythign was replaced or taken out check their for possible problems if everything seems fine under your panels with the fuses.

if your still having the problem my crx did the same thing it can be a loose bulb from the tailights because they run seperate from your headlights if one falls out and grounds it will blow the fuse it could also be the illumination wire on the stereo if you dont have it capped off for an aftermarket stereo
