Default Crank Sensor question

i have a 97 civic and im putting a obd0 LS motor in it..and my question is since the obd0 motors dont have a crank sensor what year do i get the crank sensor and oil pump from?? is there anything else far as the crank, crank sensor and water pump that i change for my ecu to read the crank sensor???

you can get an oil pump and crank sensor from an obd2 ls. what dizzy are you using. if you use an obd1 dizzy you can wire the crank angle out of the dizzy.

I know it sounds wierd

you can use a obd1 dizzy with the obd2 ecu.
