also how much are you going to drop it if its like 11/2 to 2' your stock struts will work but why not go with adjustable and be able to control how stiff it is. oh and accords dont have shocks thay just have struts

do you know why? because s tech is very very soft, even compare to eibach prokit.

I'd say a 7-8. It's a dream to drive compared to my show teg which is dropped 3 in on Skunk2 coilovers and KYB struts.
Only problem I've been having is when I had my car aligned with my camber kit on is the UCA's (upper control arms) were hitting really bad on the inside fender well's metal lip when I got it from the alignment shop. The 10 mile trip from the shop to home bent both my upper control arms so I have to replace both of them now. I had to take a 3 lb. hammer and do some "customizing".

most aftermarket (performance) springs will be "bouncy" with the stock shocks...the shocks are what control the "bounce" or as we like to call it bound and rebound...the stock shocks are mated to the stock springs after careful research and testing to ensure that the proper amount of bound and rebound was appropriate while comfort was still achieved...when going for performance springs, however, the stock shocks, designed for comfort, become ineffective in controlling the stiffer spring rates, thus achieving this "bouncieness" that you have described...
when shopping for a new suspension setup, you need to think of more than just springs...shocks are the other half of the setup, and play just as important of a factor in both handling and ride comfort/noncomfort...i'd personally go with a well known full bodied coilover setup if i were you, but then again that's like saying "i'm hungry for McDonalds" and getting talked into O'Charley's instead...mmmm
