Default Heater Core Replacement?

Well, put a thermostat in my car yesterday and it STILL Doesn't have heat. If it's possible, it's actually blowing COLDER!?? SO the only thing left in the system is the Heater Core. HOw long does it take to change? Do you have to pull the dash? How bad is it to do? I might just pay someone cause I'm tired of messing with this car.......

I don't know of a way to pull the heater core without pulling the dash. Pulling the dash isn't too bad, but it does take time. There are lots of wire connections you need to disconnect.
